Values
Inclusivity
Our space is a safe and inclusive space, free from discriminatory language or behaviour. We celebrate diversity, and love love in all its forms. Everyone deserves to feel safe, seen and celebrated regardless of gender identity, sexuality, race, age, religion, body size or ability.
We are proud that Aotearoa was one of the first countries to legalise marriage equality. Gender diverse, queer, rainbow, LGBTQIA+ staff, events, guests and communities are equally valued and welcomed at Whisky & Wood.

Experience
The heart of all successful events is how it makes you feel. We strive to create a space where you and your guests can connect through a shared experience and create memories to last a life time.
Vision
We created Whisky & Wood to provide a space that celebrates you; your taste in music, food, drinks, friends and values. We don't lock you in to preferred suppliers, we do allow you to select your own caterer, drinks menu and vendors.

It's our vision to ensure that our space remains accessible and affordable- we don't tac on a "wedding tax" and we continue to create more affordable and flexible offerings so you only pay for what you need.
Our space considers accessibility for anyone with physical differences; accessible stairs, bathrooms & lift access are available for all guests.
We're also always listening- if you have any suggestions on ways we can continue to be more accessible - let us know!
Kia ora!
